This is a 6 lesson PRE RECORDED course, suitable for total beginners to Pilates or for someone who wishes to return to the practice of Pilates .
This course takes you through the basic principles and teaches you about your breath, pelvic floor core and body.
I then teach you the classical Pilates exercises and we build on them in each lesson.
The course is a 6 lesson course, but once you subscribe it is available to you for 12 weeks to allow you to revisit classes and to master the exercises.
