This is a 6 class program with each class approx 30 mins long. This is designed to give you access to the program for the duration of your pregnancy, making this an invaluable resource for you to utilize and adapt as your body and baby does.
This program was designed by physical therapist and pilates instructor Margaret and recorded while she herself is in her third trimester of pregnancy.

The focus of this program is to firstly educate you on the principles of pilates and how important and relevant they are to you throughout your pregnancy.
We focus on breath, pelvic floor health, mobility and overall body strength.
The exercises are pilates based with classical pilates mat movements modified for pregnancy at any stage, taking you from the early stages and showing you modifications to use as your body changes and bump grows.
